Irrespective of the type of professional service you engage in, there is a certain level of expectation in the service that is provided.

 

Do I have a claim?

If you have been let down by a professional you may be entitled to bring a claim. Essentially, in order to bring a claim you would have to establish the following:

1. That you were owed a duty of care.
2. That duty was breached
3. You have suffered loss as a result of the breach of duty of care.

Is there a Breach of the Duty of Care?
